Yes, the reference I have for using Kodak antifoam B in developer
states to use a very small amount.
So, do you think that Kodak Antifoam B is the same as any other
manufacturers Antifoam B? Kodak sold theirs in 10ml bottles so I am
assuming that one was supposed to use very little.

Tell him to be careful as I suspect that straight AntiFoam B will be too concentrated to work with directly and will need to be diluted. Perhaps a mixture of glycol and water. Probably a bit of experimentation will be required.
