Yes, the reference I have for using Kodak antifoam B in developer states to use a very small amount.

So, do you think that Kodak Antifoam B is the same as any other manufacturers Antifoam B? Kodak sold theirs in 10ml bottles so I am assuming that one was supposed to use very little.
