B:Ilford hp-5 is good at 400 iso.  You can shoot it at 200 or 250 but you'll 
need to dance around your work area to determine which iso / developing time is 
satisfactory and/or meets your need.   For myself, as a charter member of the: 
"simple, cheap and plenty" club I develop at iso 400 in HC-110 for about 15 
minutes at room temp.  I like dense negatives. be well and give em hell baba    
                                located on the left coast of the usa.
