The acid may not be good for piping, neutralize before dumping
Dilute with water then add washing soda (Na Carbonate) which should help in 
bringing the pH to a tolerable level.
Copper sulfate has been used in agriculture to kill molds for generations mixed 
with lime (Bordeaux mixture)
I do not know if a chloride is being formed in there but we used it as drying 
agent and moisture indicator
