Hi Phil,
Certainly sounds like an odd one and nothing obvious comes to mind.
I wonder if it might be worth reinstalling the Version 5 firmware though
this is a bit of a long shot.

Jamie, I am doing the erase the same as always but the first time I do it
there is still a daisy title on the card. Then I repeat the procedure and
all is gone from the card. Any ideas, Phil.
