I am quite concerned about the leck of decent support from Plextor,
and the fact that they dumped the Plextalk on third-party companies
that are relatively small and unable to provide the necessary full
support that a complex item of this kind requires, not to mention
frequent firmware updates. I think we ought to complain vociferously
to the manufacturer. It's a great product, but its support is poor
at best. I'd hat to see it removed from the market, which it could
very well be. Let's all request that some new firmware features be
added and give them a reasonable deadline for doing this.
When I have written to the contacts on the Plextalk website, I have
never received responses. That is most disconcerting. Even IRTI
tells me they sometiems don't hear from Japan.

I have just got Dolphins producer and it is probably me that is not marking the books properly thanks for this very impressed did think the price was outrages but you get what you pay for.
