[pskmail] beacon missing

In the latest 0.2.9 server release, the rf beacon has quit transmitting. I have played around with pskmailrc.pl but have not gotten it working again.
Is there a change in the configuration that I should make for the hourly beacon?

PS - I have the latest client installed on my laptop but haven't had a chance to test it yet. Wife says I must finish painting the kitchen cabinets before playing radio. I do as I'm told to keep the boss happy :>)
