Good question. We changed the server beacons from port 72 to port 26 a few weeks ago, to be able to show them on the xastir map. i did not yet find the time to change it for the monitor tab, so that is not working properly at the moment. I know what to do, and It is on the todo list. But I cannot test at the moment, as I have S8/9 QRM day and night... No reception.... It does not help to move to anther location, as the chance that it gets worse is 50%.... 73, Rein EA/PA0R/M BTW, jpskmail is open source, so maybe you can motivate another volunteer :) >Hi. >What constitutes a beacon as far as it being recorded on the Modem tab? >I have just seen > >>00uSM0RWO:26 !5901.16NP01756.10E&89D1 >> >and >00uIS0GRB-3:26 !3914.79NP00910.96E&C95B > >But neither showed up under the modem tab. >The above were copied form the pksmail terminal window btw. >73 Roger G6CKR > > >
