[pskmail] Help on setting up pskmail server?

Is this the place to ask for assistance in setting up the pskmailserver? I recently got Ubuntu 9.04 to work with my lower end emachines which is not too bad of a computer (2.93 GHz Intel chip but only 512K RAM). Now have fldigi working but could not get the pskmailserver to work. Maybe not installed correctly.
