[pskmail] Android Pskmail Version Alpha 0.86 with Waterfall

Update A0.86:
- Added simple waterfall, accessible via menu for the time being. Does not
yet check screen size so may crash the application if there is not enough
space. Does central frequency +/-400 hertz. Will be the basis for a more
comprehensive modem screen.
- Added automatic restart of modem on change of modem modes or audio
frequency.
- Fixed a number of bugs: new mail keyboard not appearing automatically,
application crash on modem off/modem on, status bar changed on orientation
change, TX overlap on pressing Abort while client TXing, display freeze on
large display buffers)
- Added an About screen (accessible via menu).
The Bluetooth interface is complete. More testing required to ascertain the
impact on the quality of the audio as the internal DSP kicks in (normally to
reduce ambient noise in the car while talking on the phone).
I'll be putting out the pictures and circuit diagrams for the Bluetooth
interface soon.
