Hmm... I was able to access your staff directory using WinSCP. What
sftp/scp tool are you using?
You could try going directly to the following directory (your staff
directory is just a link here):
/home/projectaon/projectaon.org/staff/richard
Also, RAR is fine but could you also create ZIP files since that
format is much more widely supported?
