Page 319 of the Omega Zone has a situation where you add your stealth to
fieldcraft and then roll on the random number table.
If your skill set is lower than the number rolled, you avoid an encounter (page
297) whilst if it is higher you face an encounter.
This may be WAD, but it seems perverse. Having a high stealth and fieldcraft in
this instance is undesirable and seems misplaced.
