I've been rereading the Lone Wolf Grand Master series, and I was looking at
the permitted carry-over special items list for the various books. Can
someone remind me why we decided to add the Dagger of Vashna and Helshezag
as permitted carry-over items in Books 17-20? I always assumed it was a
conscious decision on Joe's part to disallow them in those books, since
they're supposed to have been destroyed in Book 16.
