Hi Matt, I'm hoping it wouldn't be any sort of issue... Not at all! We absolutely welcome publicity for the project, and of course it's always great to hear others talk about how much they enjoyed/enjoy the books and like having them online. (The only thing we would object to is violating the Project Aon licence, for example by redistributing the books. Talking about, and linking to, the books is no problem whatsoever!) > Additionally, I was looking around the site and in a couple of places you > mention volunteers. If there's anything I can do to help the project, I'd > be beyond elated to be involved in anyway. Like I said, these books were a > pretty major part of my childhood and I'd want nothing more than to pass > them on to others. > There are a number of work items going on at any one time, including working on the books we've yet to release, and finding and fixing errors in those we've already published. Right now several of our volunteers are working to bring back PDF editions of the books, optimised for printing out. And there are always a few side projects and enhancements going on. To get started volunteering, there are a few things you might do: - Read the books! Read them and report any issues you find to us. - Sign up for the mailing list. It's a moderately busy list (2 or 3 emails a day, as an estimate), but it's the hub for all Project Aon work. - Join the Project Aon forums. While they're mainly for discussions about Lone Wolf and related books, the forums also function as a lower-traffic discussion channel for some of our ongoing work. This might be a way to ease into volunteering without diving right into the mailing list. Thanks for your interest and your encouraging words. :) -- Tim Pederick On behalf of Project Aon
