Sorry for the confusion. I realize it seems a bit picky, but Joe asked us
to distribute those images from our website, but we haven't gotten explicit
authorization from the rights holder (it's not entirely clear who that is,
actually) to distribute them under the PA License. We just want to be very
careful to not endanger the legality of electronic editions we distribute
by including materials that are questionable.
