That's a tough one. The light wind, as David said, could have changed
direction, but it seems fairly clear that this wind is supposed to be
the beginning of the gale. Any meteorologists want to weigh in here?
:) Otherwise, yes I think we should make this change.

There are a couple of other issues that I have noted to address. Just
to let everyone know, my supervisor at work recently quit, so I'm
doing double duty for the time being.
