I just redownloaded from my site in case it was corrupt, but that
version runs fine.  Are other .NET programs running for you?  I can't
think of anything unusual in the code -- indeed, it is a simple program.

It sounds like your .NET Framework installation may have become corrupt
somehow.  Perhaps uninstall and then reinstall it.  Otherwise, do a
Google search for the exact error message you get.  People have reported
that they usually find a tip that helps them solve a .NET configuration
problem in this way.
