I believe there are some html to chm converters available, at worst a two
stage process to get what you need, eh?

looking for chm, I own acrobat 9 which already exports to html 3 and 4.

oops, I made a mistake, the other PDF file manipulator that Jamal makes is
PDF to html, which only gets you half way there, I do apologize for my muzzy
headedness.
its a command line run application or at least the copy I have is, he may
have updates available that I missed.
if this will assist you at all just let me know and I'll pass it to you if
its not on the GB site.
