Your one of the few and glad they haven't black listed you like others that speak up or send bugs. I use this software for work, and the only version that works is jaws 9 and IE6, because if we move up the work software gets broke along with jaws. These bugs have ben reported and told that not enough of us use the software at work and the job place don't buy it. They leave that task up to us the workers. I can say from the day FS took over jaws, support, major bug fixes and customer response have ben lacking just as bad as being heard by our own government.

However, bells and whistles to make it pretty have ben top of the list.
past. As long as the orgs are the major buyers for customers. The price will never go down and don't think you get heard much. GW Micro on the other hand is mostly bought buy the consumer. The price ain't to high, has payment plan and very good support. Not to many in the company can't answer questions about it. The one thing I have noticed about Apple, is yes they do have a cost and that is for everyone. They don't charge extra for there accessibility features and do have good support for there products. If there was more of a interest with software companies not being held to the pc platform. You just might be able to pick the platform that meets all needs and be happy about it. The future holds these possibilities and where these companies stand. If you want it faster. Then your going to have to make those orgs feel the problem!

hello folks,

I don't understand why so many have so much trouble with the support crew at FS, I have gotten a direct reply 9 out of 10 times that I have written them, I may have not liked the answer I got, of course they probably haven't liked some of my responses to those replies, *B E G*

but I believe I got ignored only like twice, a good many years apart, and never got ignored twice in a row on the same issue.

and as is obvious by my Email address I am not a government agency! just a dude out here in sunny southern Cal.

all you need do is make sure your information is clearly and logically noted, and make it clear by your wording that your not inclined to take being brushed off lightly.

I will say that I use the old adage that "the squeaky gear gets the oil" so when I squeak, I do so loudly and noxiously and make sure its clear that was the polite version

I will try to apply tact, as I learned the definition of it, the first round with folks like this. oh, by the way, the definition of tact that I was taught is: "the ability to tell someone where to go!, and have them look forward to the trip with great expectations"

True, but Pittsburgh never made the volume purchases the Veterans
Administration made and continues to make.

Importance: Low

The reason why is you don't have a Government account email address from
which to write. For that reason, you don't qualify as a valued customer
with Freedom Scientific.

    Hello,

I was curious where to report jaws issues with jaws 11? Voc Rehab just
got
me a copy, and besides being rather disgruntled that they changed some
key
combinations, I've got a lot of other issues that I'd love to fill
their
inbox for. I think the list is getting pretty long within the first 20
minutes or so.
