Truth is this last time the only thing I really had to do under windows 7 is
change to the old file dialog and that is just my own opinion.  If you want
to go back to the classic file dialog then just go to configure preference
and then go to fileIO.  If you have trouble with selecting and copying let
me know cause there is settings that can help that but that seems to be
fixed now.

I just downloaded the Boxer text editor.  What changes are reccomended to 
make it more blind user friendly?

Boxer just came out with boxer 14 and he takes all suggestions from blind
users.  In the past things like help didn't work but now he uses the windows
help system and there are a few settings you have to change because while he
makes sure that its blind friendly he does set some default settings that
make the editor more visually appealing.  For example you need to switch
from his pretty file dialog to the classic file dialog just to make it
easier with speech.  I found that 14 needed less tweaking than any previous
versions though.  There is also a demo version so you can try it out first.

Its $59 so it's not too expensive and all upgrades are in around $29.  I
normally get an upgrade every 1 or 2 years.

What editor do you use? I've been looking for something better
especially since JAWS and notepad break under 7, and due to the
Cygwin problem I can't just use ed.
