The free express version you ahve to down load each language separate so if you want C# you have to download Visual C# express and same for C++. As for not being able to find the other events. When you go to properties tab till you hear Jaws say tool bar then arrow right till you hear events and hit enter the list will open up for events. I think there is also a hot key when your in the designer so you need to do insert-f1 f1 while in the designer and learn all the short cuts. The best way to learn is to do then read help do then read help do then read help.... I think you get the idea.
