My internet provider is Smart broadband.
I am in the Philippines.
Until now, my browsing speed is 100 Kb/sec.
And the downloading speed is not more than 20 Kbps.
Is there anything that I can do to adjust this frustrating connection?
Is there any software, advices and website that I can work with it?
