Hi Kelly: There is a fellow on the Blind Geeks e-list (Bill) who is playing
with Silverlight as well. I have not tried it out since I have heard of
accessibility issues and I don't have time to script it using Windoweyes.

Subject: Anyone Have Experience Building Silverlight Apps with Visual Studio

  Hello,

I'm trying to learn more about Silverlight and started with a tutorial on
building a basic Silverlight app from MSDN at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc838218(VS.95).aspx.

I'm not getting very far because I'm stuck at step 4 that talks about how
this view should have a preview area and some code area to see the XAML.

All I'm finding with JAWS,Window-Eyes or NVDA is something that says wpf
designer.

Am I missing something or does this view not support accessibility? I've
used other designers in VS and they seem to work better than what I'm
experiencing here.

Any other suggestions on how to go about learning how to build a Silverlight
app from someone who may have walked this road already?

  Kelly
