[procps] Re: newlib pids implementation

If you prefer, I can repackage them all in a single tarball. Otherwise, do
you have any idea when they might surface on GitLab?
I've pushed these, did you update the other tools or only top?
I wasn't sure if this was expected due to a work in progress
or a problem:

$ ps/pscommand
PID TTY TIME CMD

I apparently don't have any processes.
