The main problem with replacing libconfig is (nested) structures IMO. We're
not yet at a point where we just have plain key-value pairs. There is at least
one structure in pisacd.conf that I know of, probably more in other files. If
we can get rid of all of them, switching to another parser (or maybe even
writing our own) seems feasible.
