can you e-mail me the output of the phpinfo command, or give me the URL to the 
phpinfo.php file included in the Phorm installation. 

At the moment, I'm not seeing anything that rings a bell as to what the 
problem is... maybe its something to do with your e-mail configuration on the 
server. 

Try uploading a php page with the following in it: 

<?php 
mail("<your-here-email>", "Test", "Test E-mail", "From: you@xxxxxxxx\r\n"); 
?> 

Call the page in your browser, see what happens and let me know. Where in NZ 
are you from? I'm a Kiwi too.
