Hi Patrick, 
Thanks for your response. I'm using the widget test form to try and get the 
feel of how Phorm works. I stripped out the commands for the logging and 
attachment and got the alerts to stop. Even though the config file was set to 
log to "textlog.txt" and not to MySQL. 
I still can't get the html mail to work though. The html mail plug in was 
included in the zip file I downloaded and the proper line (< respn 
htmlmail.php3) pointing to it is included in the "registry.php3" file. Is it 
possible that the attachment module is required to send html mail?
