We all have pieces of this and that on our web server - Lord knows I do! 
A little housekeeping goes a long way I always tell myself....now to find the 
time lol 

Just for the record, I didn't look at your files (not sure what you meant). I 
only looked at the phorm files distributed by this site 
The refferences to HEADER should contain a hard coded carriage return (\r\n) 
which all seem to be in place 

I'm thinking it could be either the php version (as you stated) or the way in 
which our hosts handles the emails. 
I know my host has anti-abuse headers in all outgoing emails - which could be 
the problem. My old host did not use them and I never had this problem with 
them.
