My host hasn't figured out what's wrong either, still searching... 

Could it be something like the version of PHP the host is using? Or some other 
PHP setting? Or a setting of the mail server? 

Thanks Troy for checking my code, (I know some pages are not supposed to be 
here, they are a result of an intense copy 'n paste session... but they are 
not used, so they don't affect the processing of the form).
