Okay - I get what you are doing - I think - but what is the problem - is it 
not getting the right things out of the database, or is it not putting the 
correct information on the ack page? 

Use the debug flags to output the mysql query that is being generated. You can 
also use the die() statement to output the contents of variables to check what 
is getting passed at various points. (think carefullly about when Phorm will 
execute different things - id don't use die in the config file to get the 
results of things that happen after database fetch/looging etc.)
