DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Windows, which 
can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in the 
Cinepak
codec (iccvid.dll) within the "CVDecompress()" function when
processing RGB palette data and can be exploited via a 
specially
crafted VIDC compressed stream in an AVI file.

Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
