I installed the Beta this morning.
It was fast (35 minutes) and reasonably painless. It seems fairly fast
on my older AMD Athlon 1.00 GHz processor with 1 GB memory.
The network setup was confusing, but easy enough to do with a little
perseverance. Some of the Help files don't yet work.
A missing sound driver reported that it didn't install, but worked anyway.
Like Vista, I haven't found any compelling advantage over XP, but it's
early days yet.
