Larry: There is a way to remove the restore points, but they cannot be removed selectively. It is all or nothing. Maybe someone on the list can tell you where you can do this.. When I tried to find the place where this can be done, I discovered that all my restore points had been removed about an hour earlier when I turned on the computer. It created a system check point at that time. There was no warning. I would not have discovered it until I wanted to go to an earlier restore point. I do not know why this happened.
