Amazing! Thank you. The website converted the .odt file to a .doc file perfectly. My Office programs are only 2003 but the .doc file opened OK. Now, the same person sent me a .jpg file that neither Paint or IrfanView will open. Could it be that Open Office has an imaging program she used to generate this file?
