Clint, they were just waiting for you to complain. ;-)
From the google results it looks like this popped up again in the middle of
May. Maybe this is going to happen every May when they don't renew their
security certificate. I assume it costs money to renew. Glad they got it
fixed.

The warning pop-up message is still gone. I don't get it. I
saw this at http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/828588 :
"This problem has now been fixed by KallOut.com and you should
not see it again. We apologize for the problem which was due to
us missing the notification from GoDaddy.com that a security
certificate for fvd.kallout.con and bestguess4.kallout.com was
expiring."
.....but that was from a year ago! Apparently it happened
again. ? I find it hard to believe that kallout.com fixed this
just as I posted the message.

Actually no. While I always search first, this time seemed to
be more of a "proprietary issue" so I didn't check.
Yeah, FVD is installed. But, I use it. Now that I think about
it and looked at it again, it actually never worked!
Get a load of this......this issue has been going on for WEEKS,
it was still happening just before I posted that, and I just
now opened FF to disable FVD and no pop-up! WTH???
I checked for an update to FVD, there was one and I installed
it to see if that would help. But won't know since the warning
has apparently mysteriously vanished! Maybe the update will
get FVD to actually work now. I restarted FF, closed it,
started again, warning is still gone. Maybe that will get rid
of it permanently. <confused>

uninstalling it. I think that is what fvd stands for.

More FireFox problems.
Every single time I try and open FF, I get this annoying pop-up
warning about some security certificate being expired/invalid!
The stupid thing about it is I don't even have a home page set
for it, it opens in a totally BLANK window!
The pop-up says, "Secure Connection Failed", and mentions
"fvd.kallout.com", "Issued by GoDaddy", and
"certificates.GoDaddy.com".
Ok, so I go to the cert list to try and remove it, and NONE of
those are even listed anywhere! Nothing starts with "fvd", no
"certificates.", and nothing from GoDaddy!
So then how am I supposed to stop this annoyance?
