Supposedly free programs to remove pass.
There are some shareware programs out there too. The couple I looked at
would only do limited stuff in the their trial versions.

Does anyone know how to enable an encrypted PDF file to be edited? I've
tried changing some things in it and programs like "PDF Changer" say it
can't because it's encrypted.
