If the photo can be fully seen on the monitor, the easiest and
quickest thing to do is just do a print screen, the "Prtscrn"
key. Then you paste that into Paint and save as a jpg, or it
would be better to paste it into IrfanView (free) because with
it you have control over the quality.

Under the "Help" area of Adobe Reader, there USED to be
"Convert to HTML", but I don't see it anymore! Apparently yet
another useful tool they saw fit to remove! With that after
having it in HTML the image(s) would be in jpg format.

All I can find regarding that now is
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/access_onlinetools.html
(to convert PDF to HTML).

According to
http://www.adobe.com/designcenter/tutorials/acr7at_savepdfas/
you're "supposed" to be able to "Save as....HTML" on v7+ but I
don't see it. ??

Here's a way with Gmail:
http://labnol.blogspot.com/2005/12/convert-doc-xls-ppt-rtf-pdf-to-html.html

I don't know if this is free:
http://www.pdfpdf.com/pdfconverter.html

This one is free:

But I think the best thing is my first paragraph.

Can someone suggest where I might download a free
program that will let me convert a PDF format photo to
a JPEG format photo, or to any other standard format
photo?
