Eric you need to include the email to which you are replying in 
your replies.

So since most sites use Flash now, how do you view Flash if 
it's not installed?  (And which browser is this?)

The easiest thing to do is to uninstall it. I removed it about 
a year ago and no website prompted me to install it. Most sites
