Good afternoon! The workout on the indoor track at basin rec last week went well. 1) bring your own bike and trainer or 2) use one of the spin bikes - the class doesn't seem to fill up so we can borrow a few bikes after the class starts. We set up on the far side of the track near the spin bikes. 6:00pm warmup jog 6:15pm borrow spin bikes if needed 6:20pm 15min bike then 10min run, 3 times 7:45pm weights if you are motivated
