windows update is trying to get me to install sp3. I was trying to remember
why I did not install it before or if it had asked me before. I recall I
had an issue with an update not long ago with my spybot or something but I
did not think that was sp3. I guess what I am wondering is "is it safe now"
to let it install and how long would it take on cable?
