After numerous calls to Dell and AOL about some of my downloaded videos from
e-mails having strange colors and looking like something out of a science
fiction movie, the technician I talked to yesterday finally found the cure.
I was running Windows Media Player Version 9 - he told me to download
Version 10, and it worked!
