I use winXP - home.
I didn't see my original answer to this come thru - so I'm not sure if it did or
not!!
I changed the subject line this time too - so if it came thru the 1st time, it
will be in that other thread - if not, maybe someone can pick it up from my new
subject line of virtual memory.
but if you or anyone has any clues to this, I would appreciate it! I've already
asked my son about it and he must not know, because he sort of ignores me!! (of
course, that is par for the course for anything with a 21 year old who still
lives with his parents, but wishes he couldn't, but has to still be dependend on
them!! )

     Virtual memory is different than installed RAM memory.  And, I do not know
  your operating system, so can't help you.
