Hi all I've just sent this to James as well.
Anyone any idea what to do?

I wont' be able to read the word in the graphic because there's no alt text
behind it.
Some sites offer an alternative sound file which can be downloaded and
played for blind and visually impaired people.
Doesn't look like this place does.
