I wanted to tell you that this worked - at least I think so! My son's identity is gone - and I also removed my husband's. (oh my!) - I don't know what affect, if any, this had with programs or other things on that computer, as I haven't used that computer for anything. I may have enough room to put service pack2 on it now. If so, click START and click the little icon on top representing your identity. Then click HOME on top. Then highlight the user name you want to delete, and hit delete. I believe you can do it this way on XP Home. ========================== Sir Troth Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- removing identity on xp I want to remove my son's identity, as he no longer uses that computer. exactly how do I remove his identity? cris -- <Please delete this line and everything below.> To unsub or change your email settings: //www.freelists.org/webpage/pctechtalk To access our Archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PCTechTalk/messages/ //www.freelists.org/archives/pctechtalk/
