If you Google the file name (p981116.exe) you will learn that it is perfectly safe to disable it. I think I "may" know where the program came from, not 100 percent sure but maybe. I had tried installing an old logitech webcam that ended up not working with my windows 7. I uninstalled the program "I thought". It is not in control panel and I ran revco uninstaller also. I do find the program in C:/windows directory, it describes it as a self extracting windows 32 file. Can I just delete it? The name of it is p_981116.exe.
