and you said you uninstalled it and re-installed it, right?When did you install
outpost? I guess about 3 weeks ago, right?
Gee - if you had winxp and had just noticed it, I'd tell you go to back to a
restore point...do you have any sort of registry cleaner program? you could
uninstall spybot and run that and clean outpost fragments and spybot fragments
- and then re-install.

weird ain't it...it worked fine until I installed Outpost. But even with
Outpost GONE Spybot still won't update...dunno. I keep getting program not
responding at that point.
