I have Spybot and Ad-Aware 5 and 6, I have a program called Cleanup(don't know
where I got it) Anyway if I run Spybot I get a lot of spy files same with
AdAware but if I run Cleanup first I don't get any files with the Spybot or
AdAware. I also like the flush sound as you run Cleahup.

Spybot seems to have problems with getting updates. Their forum is full of

about the problem.
