The zip I downloaded was named 31 and the exe name is 311.

Also, when CleanUp! is open... the top line says
Welcome to CleanUp 3.1.1

http://cleanup.stevengould.org

This is the website I would go to. It explains the program and I KNOW this
is the current version.

Steven Gould is very responsive to inquiries. He has a yahoo group with
very low volume mail. Folks share experiences, etc. He has some members
beta test his new versions. He also listens to suggestions.

I know I made one he included when I was beta testing the current version.
He addresses problems and makes fixes quickly and explains things in plain
English!
