Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- What is ISP?

Hello all,
I'm trying to figure out how to wire 2 - two line phones, one in my
office, and one in her studio - a separate building. We have Internet
provided by
comcast (which allows for Vonage), which I assume is the ISP.
One of the two line phones works fine in my office, but when I put
splitters after the router and before the phones, I lose the second line.
So, one of the pieces of information that vonage wants when I email
them, is the ISP. Am I correct in that Comcast is my ISP? I know it's a
simple
question, but I just want to be sure before I start talking to the "bots" at
their help desk.
Thanks,

HB
