i imagine there are many different types of keyboards made by Logitech, so 
there's no telling.
My suggestion is just try to go slowly next time you're composing an email 
and try to watch
your hands more?  lol........just thinking out loud.

I have searched diligently and everything is there that you said except the
x and left facing arrow key. Starting at top left is Tab,Caps lock,Shift,
and Ctrl,  Just to the right of Ctrl is windows emblem and Alt then the
space bar. arrow keys are on the right with up,down,left,right.  No little x
anywhere on this keyboard!  And this always happens when I hit "something"
with my little finger on my left hand.  One would think I could experiment
and figure it out but so far "not"!
