I just got around to reading this and I am appalled. I sometimes get frustrated with my home town provider (both builds computers and is an ISP) but at least I have a real person to go to directly with complaints or problems and I am not forced to be on the phone for hours. His biggest fault is making promises he can't keep such as time it will take to fix something, etc. I have learned to go to his employee, who is more dependable.
